NOTE: Please note that, access code is same as your Student ID Number
What is the school code / access code? Both are the same thing — your child’s Student ID Number. You’ll find this on your child’s school ID card or by checking with the school office.
I have more than one child at the school. Can I order together? Yes. Each child has their own gallery under their Student ID. Since we don’t have sibling information on our end, just send us your children’s names and class sections on WhatsApp or by email and we’ll combine their galleries so you can browse and order everything in one place.
What photo formats and packages are available? All available print sizes and packages are listed in the shop once you enter your child’s Student ID. Browse the options and add what you’d like to your order.
When is the deadline to order? Each school has its own order deadline. Orders placed before the deadline are delivered directly to your child at school at no extra charge. Deadlines vary, so check with your school office or ask for the photo day notice for the exact date.
What happens if I miss the school deadline? No problem. You can still order after the deadline, but photos will no longer be delivered to school. You can either collect from our studio in Al Quoz 3, Dubai, or we can arrange home delivery — courier charges apply for delivery.
When will my order arrive? Orders placed before your school’s deadline are delivered to your child in school. For orders after the deadline, timing depends on whether you choose studio pickup or home delivery.
I can’t find my child in the gallery. What do I do? Double-check you’re entering the correct Student ID. If it still doesn’t work, WhatsApp or email us with your child’s name and school and we’ll look into it.
